Our history

The origins and history of Fidor are linked to an important Milan family of entrepreneurs, focused on the transformation of non-ferrous metals since 1902.

Fidor was founded in 1991 to manage the "static" business unit previously carried out, together with the "dynamic" business by FIDUCIARIA OREFICI SIM SPA (now ALICANTO CAPITAL SGR SPA), as a consequence of the net separation between dynamic fiduciary companies (SIM) and static administration companies introduced by the law January 2, 1991.

Fidor still carries out some organizational, accounting and administrative activities on behalf of Alicanto Capital Sgr Spa.

Fidor's business is characterized by the synergy of static and dynamic activity, the long time experience accrued also on the international financial markets and the expertise acquired in the structuring and management of family, business and corporate assets.

In 2016 our company was registered under the separate section of the Fiduciary Companies in the Register pursuant to Article 106 of the Consolidated Law on Banking under no. 19471.2
